TANSAN was created in Melbourne with a simple belief:

Great food doesn't need to be complicated.

It starts with small rituals. A slow morning coffee. Fresh eggs on toast. A bowl of noodles after a long day. The meals we come back to again and again.

As a chef, I wanted to create a chili oil that people would genuinely reach for every day — not something overwhelmingly spicy, but something that brings flavour, aroma and texture to ordinary meals.

Crafted in Melbourne, TANSAN is made using carefully selected chilies, slow-infused aromatics and layered spices. Every jar is designed to add warmth, richness and depth without overpowering the food it's paired with.
